Historical Society
The San Luis Obispo County Historical Society owns two historic
sites in the County:
The Dallidet Adobe, located at the end of Pacific Street near Toro Street in San Luis
Obispo , was the home of Pierre Hypolite Dallidet, French vintner and county pioneer. The
adobe, built in the late 1850s, and the surrounding grounds are open from 1 to 4 p.m. on
Sunday afternoons from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
